Indicators

Every organization or institution needs, to carry out adequate management and achieve strategic objectives, to control the resources it has available.

To do this, the Associated Center of the UNED of Pontevedra uses a series of indicators that allow monitoring and control of economic management. These indicators, whose objectives are managed on a quarterly basis, reflect the state of the economic situation of different aspects that the Management considers strategic and allow, after continuous analysis, decisions to be made in this regard.

Some of the main indicators used are the following:

• Indicator 1: % executed credits over total budgeted credits
• Indicator 2: % Investment Expenses over total expenses
• Indicator 3: % of own income over total income
