Audits and Supervision

Every year, the accounts of the Associated Center of the UNED of Pontevedra go through a series of external controls that guarantee correct economic management of its resources.

In general terms and during the first quarter of each financial year, the Center's Management presents the annual accounts to the representatives of the institutions that make up the Consortium of the Associated Center of the UNED of Pontevedra for their approval. It should be remembered that the Consortium is currently made up of the Pontevedra Provincial Council, the Pontevedra City Council, the Department of Education of the Xunta de Galicia, the companies ENCE and the UNED.

On the other hand, the requirements made by both the Internal Audit of the UNED Headquarters and the General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE) through the Vice-Rectorate of Associated Centers are met.

Finally, the Center fulfills its tax obligations vis-à-vis the Tax Agency, which obviously represents another means of controlling the economic management carried out.
